its a bummer i no ,,they say chew some gum//you finish up with jaw ache tooth ache an a swollen gut from all the salivia you make an swollow//now tooth picks or cocktail sticks are a lot better bet//so long as you dont swollow them//i must get through a rain forest a year//right up to bed time there is 1 stuck in my mouth//well saying that i am useing a hawthorn tree shoot at the moment popular in england at this time of year its in season//but a tooth pick is cool, it makes salivia to keep your mouth wet//plus the affect of chewing on it helps forget the prob//an it is a prom ,the longer you keep your mouth shut the dryer it gets //an if depressed you have nothing to talk about //an the dry mouth becomes an obsession a bit ocd //i tryed stupid things like gargleing with watered down dettol not a good move

As a 15 year Lithium veteran, I cannot stress to you how much Oral Balance has increased the quality of my sleep at night. It's a slightly sweet gel with xylitol (miracle molecule. all people with dry mouth should research xylitol products).

dan that sounds cool//sometimes its out of your control //ie ,anxierty to the point you mouth is like a desert//as i said before football managers when whatching there team //chew gum like a machine as there mouth dries with anxierty/not all to do with meds but they are a big cause
