I recently (3 days ago) added WB to my regular zoloft in hopes of overcoming my general apathy. I'm experiencing significant nausea and discomfort on the WB and wonder if anyone knows whether my system is likely to acclimate to this or if it's another "doesn't work for me" drug?
Any insights will be appreciated.

tim123,
I experienced nausea, vomitting, and reduced appetite after I started taking Wellbutrin. The nausea and vomitting went away after I was on the medication for a few weeks, but the reduced appetite did not.

Thanks for the input. I'll hang in there.
How long did it take til you started seeing positive effects?

It's hard to remember because it's been a while since I took it, but I think that I started noticing benefits after about a week or two on Wellbutrin. For me, Wellbutrin's benefits were rather weak, and I actually noticed a little bit more of an antidepressant effect after I started taking lithium carbonate with the medication. Altogether, I was on Wellbutrin (SR) for about two years.
Good luck with the medication. I hope you experience more pronounced antidepressant benefits on it than I did.
