Hi,
I normally take 2 mg of valium at night. Sunday night I might have taken 4 mg by accident. Is that harmless?
thanks

I don't know but if your fine now and its more than a day and a half later, there shouldn't be a problem.

Was it nice and relaxing? It should have made a differnce but no harm done. 10 mg Valium was given routinely for muscle spasms years ago. 5 was an average dose. 2mg is a small dose unless you're a tiny (<100 lbs) and elderly person.
