Hello Babble: Logging in at 12:13 AM 4/23/2010
This is what makes my mood go down
1) During the day I get sad, and I think of all these things that I have not achienved and family that I want to be with but I cannot because of / I cant let my family see my like this without medication for ADD because when I talk its rambling.2) Staying in the same room, and having despair of who I turned out to be.
3) I'm thinking about this problem over and over...maybe can we do some cognitive behavior therpy online please?
4) I want to be numb and thats why alcohol is usally chosen and usally it's in 200proof

Hey rj,
I'm sorry to hear it's still tough going. Just a thought--have you ever had a round of occupational therapy or volunteering somewhere? It's so good to get out and be involved in something bigger than one's self, at least for me. Everyone is useful and important.
good luck, Matt

That sounds great--something local. Maybe Terrell knows about some work near you.
Best to you.
