Depakene/AD problem

Hello
I'm diagnosed BP NOS with mostly agitation and depression kind of a mixed state. I've tryed a million things , but this time around my Pdoc wanted me to take 250mg Depakene at night of one week, the add another 250 mg am for one week, and then add only 1/4 bupropion (I'm very sensitive).
This sent me into a dyphoric/mixed state which I tired to maintain for 2 days till I've given up. Any ideas?
