Hi,
I take 2 mg of Valium every night, and take 0.5 mg of ativan, around 3-4 times per week, during the day.
Would it be better to stick with just valium, and take 2 mg of Valium twice a day- both at night and also once during the day?thank you

Probably the valium very low dose. I take both xanax and valium now I feel like a drug addict. Phillipa

there's nothing wrong with it...I used to take klonopin and ativan....then xanax sometimes with ativan, ativan is not that strong usally requires higher doses to be effective
ativan lasts about 6 hours, valium lasts a bit long....but it can be a good source of anxiety relief. Just when you stop taking either one of them it's going to be hard to adjust...
