I have found that a lot of the antidepressants (SSRIs) make anxiety worse. I have recently tried Pristiq, but it didn't seem to help with anxiety.
What are the best meds for anxiety?
I feel like a shut-in. I actually feel panicky sometimes when I am in public.

Cymbalta has worked for me whereas the other SNRIs and SSRI's just made me more anxious. Mind you, I also take clonazepam (2-3 mg/day which is a lot but I have a high tolerance).
