I am seeing a very pleasant resident up at Columbia (thanks again Scott). It has taken a while to climb out of the dark hole I was in but now I am on
90mg Cymbalta
2mg Abilify
1-2 mg Clonazepam
fish oilI feel okay
i look better
sleeping is a bit choppy on the Abilify but I don't mind muchi have a long way to go letting the emotional bruises heal. i can't pinpoint when my resilience failed me but this new doctor really had to scrape me off the floor to get started on treatment
now i just have to move forward as quickly as possible while the meds hold out

Tianeptine was a bust,
I can't remember anything else, except Adderal made you mean perhaps.
And now something works, at least for now.
I wonder why? Maybe you needed something serotogenic? Maybe the Abilify suits you?

the Abilify definitely sealed the deal
i've been through so many meds
it's been hell
but even worse going off the meds in the middle of a lousy lousy year
it's all so very confusing sometimes
