I feel the same things she did. I cut in the same places. I have an ED. There are too many similarities that it scares me. She was a beautiful friend.

What a lovely fragile spirit. TY for sharing that video. I'm so sorry that you lost that beautiful person from your life. She was too young. It was not her time. She lost hope.

Never give up hope Maxime. Weeks, months later, moods and feelings can be different. Your life can change. You may have to change docs to get what you need. But don't give up hope. Keep a sliver in your pocket.

You should try the zyprexa and not worry about weight gain. Thats what I do! I've gained a little weight but have stoped gaining, for quite some time.

I saw my pdoc today and decided to put me on Lithium. I am starting off at 300 mg and taking it from there. I really hope it helps with the depression and the mood swings.

Does anyone know how long it takes for Lithium to work?

Maxie fairly quickly depending on the symptoms and diagnosis. For someone with a severe manic episode could be longer than let's say someone coming off drugs or alchohol with underlying bipolar. This was my observation. Phillipa

Maxime, the fastest acting mood brightener I have discovered to date is Xyrem (GHB). At the right dose it will lift your mood in 15 to 20 minutes.

I'm new to the board and don't really know anyone but I saw your post. I'm so sorry for your loss; it's hard to lose part of your foundation when you already feel you're on shaky ground.

I hope the lithium has begun to help. And you're *not* a burden to society at all - I'm not working, millions of people are in the same position. It sounds, though, like you're isolating and your only human contact is over the phone or on a monitor. If you're physically unable to leave the house please bear in mind that I have no way of knowing that - but if you *can* get out, go! You can volunteer somewhere until you find work; there *are* people who need you and it does help. Besides....would you advise a suicidal friend to sit in a room with only another suicidal person for company? Our thoughts can grow some strange warts if we never hear other ideas....

I hope things are better for you today.

Thank you for your thoughtful words. I do get out and volunteer a few times a week. Today I am meeting a friend for lunch. I haven't been isolating more that I usually so, which you are right, is a lot. I'm trying. Thanks for caring enough to write a message to me.

lamictal induced psychosis permanent anxiety

lamictal induced psychosis permanent anxiety

i see myself struggle every day, never made love to a woman, almost with a friend that i lost long time ago, my pain is deep, my wounds do not heal, even the wounds from long before

There was a psychiatrist who believed that our mental issues are because of our sins and bad actions, i think this might be true, because we get locked up for things, this is just a new way of punishing people

I am sure that if feels as though you are being punished. It's a degrading place to be. But you have lasted this long. How much more time do have left to spend there? It seems like you have been in there for ages.

Did you refuse your paxil the way we suggested? I hope so.

Hang there.
