My new combo of 50 sertraline and 50 nortriptyline working very well after about 2 weeks. Less tired, positive outlook, no constant noise of depression in the background of my brain.
Last time I felt this good on meds was with imipramine 150mg about 13 years ago. Only side effect now is dry mouth. Also headaches are gone (must be the nort, which also works for migraines)

That's great news! Do you find you get a funny taste in your mouth from the Nortriptyline? I get a metalic taste.

That's great! I remember bleauberry suggesting that combo. Seems to be popular.

No metallic taste in my mouth. Ironically I had that with imipramine (as well as orthostatic hypotension and difficulty urinating)
