"Jan. 5, 2010 -- Some antidepressants may work best for people with very severe depression, according to a new analysis, but may provide little or no benefit over placebo for those with mild, moderate, or severe depression."
So they don't even distinquish from placebo for SEVERE depression - only VERY SEVERE. WTF is very severe. I only remembeber 3 options before, mild, moderate and severe.

Well in that case I must have had very severe depression in my 20s when ADs worked really well and mild depression now as they don't work so well anymore but it has felt worst to me this time round.
I don't think they know what they are talking about. I also know from personal experience that Antidepressants work.
