Hi,

Is it true that oatmeal interferes with the absorption of meds? Does anyone know?

Any dietary fiber can affect absorption of meds. But I think you would need to eat a large amount or have the habit of always taking your medication with a high fiber meal over time to see changes.

But it's an interesting question.
