Everyone posting articles makes me so gitty!Lol in reality not that it means anything but im impressed at the angle this board took,seems as if everyones caught up to the ssri b.s
With everyone posting about maois,i think this article fits in nicely.
This articly in a nutshell,states how and why nardil instead of parnate increases gaba.
Also amazingly for the first time u see the two drugs spoken about togther in terms of their seperate methods of action.
In this snip,please take notice to what they say about nardils gaba increase,and that they state it is actualy reversed by pre treatment of parnate.
Parnate in a serperate article states it actualy DECREASES gaba,which to me explains why its usualy accompanied by use with a benzo,also possably explains the dramtic insomnia side effect that makes parnate such a pain in the bootax.

Willy, do you suppose taking an agreeable tricyclic like Nortrip or Amytrip with Parnate also helps with the gaba?

I really dont know for sure,scott is big on the tca augments,and i am afriad info i pass might be used and end up hurting someone so i wory to what i post.
That said,i think scott could address that knowing the tca`s well,i dont i kinda skipped them altogther and went right for the gold,the SSRIS LOL.
But off my head the two u mentioned,no,i see one for a added antidepressant benifit,the other for a sleep benifi,but i dont see how meds that dont work on gaba as far as i know would help really.
some gaba augments agreeable with parnate would prob be,
gabitril
gabpentin
xyremOver the counter
Picamilon - gaba that with its carrier crosses the brain,legal supplement that will increase gaba.
L-theanine - is said to raise gaba levels but im not a big fan.
Kava has enourmous nuero protective properties.
My mind has been through a lot to day,tough day with external stuff,so im off,im sure there are many more gaba increasing meds.
Benzos work very well for parnate to,mainly because instead of rasing gaba they instead ping the gaba u have already,and taking a gaba supplement like valerian which also INCREASES gaba can be a good way to keep a healthy production of gaba with ur benzos use.
I have some unique gaba meds i came across through a friend,after confirming with sites like chem bank etc it was valid of ther powerful impact on gaba,i will report to the group on them shortly after i make sure they work.
Also,i dident wanna mention this cause dont like it,but fair is fair and the legal supplement PHENIBUTT is the must legaly profound gaba increaser,but it is very potent.Supplment here,drug in russia.
