Does anyone take Concerta and if so what other meds to you take?
How long did you stay on the 18mg dose before moving up?
Do you have trouble with anxiety or sleep?

I used to take Concerta and was on Trileptal at the same time. Now I'm on Dexedrine, Lithium, Geodon and Keppra.

I never went beyond the 18 mg dose.

When I was taking Concerta it helped decrease some of my anxiety and actually helped me sleep.

I started it about 3 weeks ago. I took 18mg for 15 days then 27mg.
There hasn't been any rebound depression at night which is refreshing. I have trouble sleeping, but it isn't connected to the concerta - It's meant to improve sleep for a lot of people. I find it's helpful for mood and concentration, I feel it's good for desk work and what not. I am afraid I don't have much to compare it to, but it seems to work as advertised without a lot of fuss. It's quite common to feel nervous during the first few days.
