I've created a mess that I can't undo. And I have no one to help me or who cares. Why am I always ALONE. I'm there for other people but no one is ever here for me!

I'm going to bed.

It worked

Despite having slept until 3pm yesterday, the Loxapac worked and I slept another 12 hours. I am very grateful. Now let's see if it works two nights in a row ... that will be the test. Although I hope it doesn't always make me sleep for so long as I am used to only sleeping about 4 hours a night. But I guess it's because I needed it. Yay Loxapac

PS My life is still a mess.

Yes, it made me quite the zombie. I wouldn't have been able to get up and do anything without falling over. Maybe it's because I slept 12 hours the night before which is a lot for me. I am not giving up hope yet. :-)

Yes, I have a lot of problems right now. Mainly financial that are preventing me from sleeping. That and the Parnate of course.

Tonight I am taking double the dosage of the Loxapec because it's prescribed that I can. And yes, I have set an alarm just in case!

The Tramadol might just help - it can help stop those pesky ruminations.

Nevermind the Cyproheptadine it interacts with MAOIs.

Try Prazosin or Clonodine.

Isn't Tramadol an opiate, or I am thinking of something else?

I slept for 12 hours on 2 pills of the Loxapine. Thing is, I really don't want to take this med because of weight gain. Maybe tonight I will try going it solo and see what happens. Maybe I just needed those few nights of 12 hours!

Tramadol possesses agonist actions at the μ-opioid receptor and affects reuptake at the noradrenergic and serotonergic systems. Its also an NMDA antagonist.

It has helped me sleep when nothing else would, mainly because it can cause a very pleasant state of dissociation.

My pdoc would never prescribe that for me. We talked about opiods for my depression and he wouldn't do it. Too bad.

Go see a neurologist and tell them you have trigemenal neuralgia. LOL

I haven't contacted my doctor yet. I will see him on Friday. I really don't know what will work. I seem to be immune to everything. Last night I didn't take any meds so hopefully tonight when I do, I will sleep. I need it so badly. My mood is much lower today. :(

Thank you for your concern. *hugs*

I took two of the Loxapine pills last night and I slept 12 hours. What a relief. The only problem is that I feel drugged during the day and I think it effects my mood (mood is lower). I really don't want to feel this way every day, but I need to sleep. Such a problem!!!

Yes Maxime, I hear you. That has happened to me when I've doubled up on sleep meds. Lowered mood and hung-over (my term). For me, sleep is better than no sleep--I need lots of it.

Lowered mood, but o.k.?
