..or is it the meds? Maybe this sounds crazy but since I started Geodon I seem to compulsively mouth words I either hear or am thinking. And sometimes I just repeat them over and over. I DO NOT have OCD. But I cannot explain this behavior - if you want to call it that? It's nothing too troublesome but it's on my mind and am wondering if this is some sort of side effect with anti-psychotics - mouthing words?????? Does any of this make sense?
It's just odd.
Thanks in advance
Jerry

I hope it doesn't mean you are nuts because I mouth words to myself all the time too. I talk to myself under my breath a lot, once in a while it is loud enough for others to hear. I say "Dr. Bob" and "I love you Dr. Bob" a lot.
I am interested in what others say about this.

If it means we are nuts so be it as I do it also. No med changes. I think it's kind of like talking to self. I used to talk to myself and yes even answer myself when nursing and in a hurry. Like oops I need to do this first no wait I can co it second. Does this make sense? And wasn't on meds then. Phillipa

Um, antipsychotics can sometimes cause OCD like symptoms.

APs can cause tics like this (they also can be used to help them).
