I was looking up the... I thought that these two medications where the same, like Focalin (has the right isomer of methylphenidate) just to curb off side effects.

Yet i'm reading articles that Provigel has better effect's in concentration and mood than Nuvigel. Nuvgiel is better in the concept of treating manic depressive, schizophrenia, and treatment resistant depression

Anything?

The chemical compounds are completely identical. They are just different "entantiomers", or mirror image molecules.

Provigil will go generic in 3 more years, that's all.

Maybe it will have some different effect for a small population but I think its just to create a more lucrative drug.

Would you share links to any journal articles for us? I'd enjoy reading the studies.

I don't know where you got your info on the above. I really can't think of why a person with schizophrenia would be needing a stimulant.

Provigel I think is a bit diffrent. That's intresting how it differ's from other stimulants.

I read that on a Wiki Article. Not that, it's all valid.
