something the theropist said to my before she left to work at another hospital. Not that i saw her many times,2 really on my own after the cbt.she was full of praise how i fought an won problem,s,.But the problem is, i win one an gain another, therefore carnt be treated on a set problem.i faced a lot of fear,s head on an won ,like the elevator when i went up an down a full day, carnt say i like them now ,but i will go in them.but here lies the problem ,,no matter how many i win another takes its place. There must be a conveyer belt in my brain ,with a load of probs on it like a game show loose one win one.

god, yes, i hear you! my first experience in the mental health realm was with a psychologist who eventually got frustrated and kicked me to his psychiatrist buddy who started me on one drug, which led to another and another with the result at times that i've been on something like fifteen drugs at once! sometimes i don't know if the drugs create new problems (as they certainly do with side effects) or whether they somehow reveal problems that were already lurking (as might be in the case when you start to respond and feel better, only to be confronted with something else that needs to be fixed). same with therapy, maybe more so. but yeah, it's definitely frustrating. sometimes i think it's better just to ignore everything and try desperately to pretend you're normal and everything is fine. it works until it doesn't; then, you're hit with the fact that your whole life is a mess, and you don't know where to start trying to fix it. grrr!
