Are there any known problems with an MAOI and standard vitamins that one might take (e.g. multivitamin, zinc and selenium, fish oil)?
It seems as though there might be an interaction with Acidophilus.
Thanks.

This is definitely NOT the last word but I use the drug interaction checker on drugs.com
This checker does check drugs against vitamins and herbal products as well as conventional drugs(for example vitamin A is dangerous with accutane)
I have checked for fish oil and vitamin B and have found no interaction. I am on them both.
It's worth a shot. Somehow I trust it (well more than my doctor anyway)
Hope it helps.....

Thanks so much for checking that. I didn't know about that function on that website.
This is the end of the thread.
