You've been down the road with Namenda I believe. It has a potential to worsen psychosis although that isn't always the case, as it increases D2.Not to be harsh... BUT STICK WITH THE SEROQUEL FIRST.
You haven't been on it long enough and you'll never know by adding another, and another, and another medication -- what are those doctors doing over there, seriously ?
Give the Seroquel time.

I wish you would give medications their chance to work.
My point is that creating a polypharmacy isn't starting a smorgasbord. One doesn't add a medication every week, it just doesn't give enough time to know what worked. Maybe you increase or decrease a particular medication week by week.
I'm sorry you have doctors you don't like, I cannot refute your feelings one way or the other.
Feel better.

Jeroen,
Can you increase the seroquel. If 100mg helps a bit. Wouldn't 200mg work better?
Its also possible (in my own experience), that the abilify cancels out the seroquel. Thats what happened when I mixed the zyprexa with abilify.
If the seroquel gives rapid heart, could you take a pill to counter it? Maybe blood pressure med, or some thing else. What dose of seroquel did you take the one time it actualy worked?
