frankincense/incense/ stress

Posted by sam K on September 26, 2009, at 12:03:15

I remember reading stuff on frankincense and how it effects the brain. I mean I burn incense everyday, and no incense has done as much as frankincense. When I light the incense stick up and take a smell, I get really calm instantly. Like mood stabilizer calm lol.
Nag champa is a great one too, it was very calming and consistant with the way it made me feel.

I found chamomile tea is very good for stress also. I havnt been drinking it much lately, because I got organic and it tastes really bad. Today or tomorrow I'm going to ask my brother for some pot/marijuana to try for my bipolar disorder. I tried it a whillle ago, and it was SUPER calming, and didn't really induce any psychosis type stuff. Who knows...

I can't imagine good results from burning some ibuprofen.

Without boswellia, I would have been hospitalised ages ago.
