I posted something, alot of times stimulants help with depression. When it get's to the point of not being, severe depression, I drink on on it numb it.
I mean, at least something provides relief....
If depression is knowing that a belief is true/but other people say it's false, that may be case. But when acting on the belief, and still feeling awful, all the time. There's something wrong.
Had this problems for a while.
