It would seem to me the more dosages of parnate you take that theoretically that is a better pattern to bind mao especially based on the short 2.5 half life. I realize that the binding of parnate to mao is irreversible but there is only so much mao that is present in your system at one time to bind to. Your body is probably constantly producing new mao. So hopefully dividing your parnate into several dosages might yield better results than one or two dosages.

Contrary to most people and probably every clinical report, I got considerable benefit from a mere 2.5mg once every 2 or 3 days. I actually felt like crap during the 6 hours after dosing, so multiple doses would suck for me.

I believe so,i feel at times parnate can go right through me like water,build up does seem to be more potent
