I have a question id really like some knowledgable input on.
Does anyone know if Trivastal the new drug can be added to parnate or maois period.
My plan is to add it then slowly move on to it permantly,however if they are contradicted then ill just washout but i cant handle the insomnia i think im done with parnate.

Thanks..ive been on parnate too long,my dosage is to high,i still am a advocate for the low use of maois but u can only squeaze so much from a drug before it fails you in too many ways.

Willyeee, very sorry that you are having so bad insomnia with Parnate :( Besides the insomnia, is it helping you any?
Could you please tell me what you tried to fight the insomnia?Did you also try amitriptyline or trazodone with it? Very scared about the insomnia myself, I'd really like to know..

Are you now definately getting off parnate? For how long were you taking it and what dosages?

Have you tried combining Ambien with either Ativan or Restoril?

I wont be going off if/unless i find a suitable alternative as it does help and has been the only med to help me,prob why i put up with the ups and downs of it.
Far as sleep goes,ive had luck with sleep aids just never consistent,
for sleep ive tried:
klonopin/xanax/nuerontion combo
klonopin/xanax
high dose nuerontion
restoril
lunesta blah
ambien blah
zana flex now with klonopinLord knows im forgetting some above,there are just the main ones that come to mind,being on the drug 5 plus years i tried a lot,including ghb.

What about Trazadone or Mirtazapine?
