off Xanax, well on .5 XR form, don't notice much in nerves. One thing, alprazolam or lorazepam help's with anxiety. I take .5mg (Alrpazolam) at night, with Zyprexa it at least helps with sleep, not much with anxiety. There diffrent scales of anxiety. The top is total adrenal release, sometimes it freezes in fear. Low is, irrtible.
During the day, just sometimes think about something, or if it's a situation concerning mental attention, i get on my guard, and it causes some sting, or any kind of anxiety.
Lately it's gone up, but that's a matter of choice, it's when it goes on when you choose to be calm. Even structured thinking, it still comes.
Is this with/?? adrenal glands, much "hot steel" feeling.
That's all, just any imput's?

Why did you go off Xanax? Was it not helping? If it was for the fear of addiction, if it makes your life better, continue taking it for life. (as is some dr's oppinion & mine) Maybe .5 wasn't enough.

I agree with alchemy--sounds like you're not getting enough med to cover your anxiety.

Usualy not given/klonopin plus xanax work well togther,i believe although both are benzos,they differ slightly enough to have a synergy.if u can obtain this combo seems to kill anxiety well

I currently have that combo--anxiety a prime symptom for me--and it really does work wonders!
