I'm wondering if they are checking for imflammation levels..I can't remember the test's name. Maybe they're trying to pin down what type of arthritis you have. Just my 2 cents worth. (trying to type this quickly as I have a 5 year old grandchild asking me at least 1 million questions)!

Manic could be checking first all electrolytes, and complete blood count, and ANA to see if any autoimmune disease as Rheumatoid arthritis would elevate ANA. Sedamentation rate. Rheumatoid factor. Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D. I will check for google bood tests for arthritis. Love Phillipa

Manic here's a quick overview of a lot of the tests thinking Rheumatoid factor and Sed Rate are important ones. Love Phillipa
