Can someone share their experiences on both?
What were the differences to you? How did each make you feel different? Which one did you better was better for what?
Thanks!

they are 2 different monsters thats for sure.Personaly i would say parnate off the bat in a case where depression is severe and some form of remission is needed like yesterday.

Maybe it is my impaired state but I find that the archives are not that easy to access. I know how to get there, monkeys could do that. It is the narrow search that I am having a problem with.

Well my experiance from the two... nardil killed the depression beautifully but i had trouble with hypotension so couldn't stay on it. Parnate made me drowsy at low dose and above 30mg made me feel like i was on speed but it killed the depression faster than the nardil did. I had trouble with hypotension with it as well though.
Personally i found parnate too stimulating and much prefered the nardil.

Well obviously there is a reason..I worded that badly. I'm just curious as to why you are not on either Parnate or Nardil, that's all.

Yeah the hypotension was too bad, i couldn't live with it. I was totally stuck in bed because as soon as i sat up or stood up my pressure dropped and i would black out. I tried everything to get around it but nothing helped. The amount of times i hit my head badly from randomly blacking out was terrible. I gave it 6 months, 3 seperate times with both but it never improved. It gave me a blood pressure of 60/40 so i don't know what it dropped to when i blacked out.

Perfect example on why maois are tricky, some people can use em,eat almost everything on the list, even have a few drinks nothing happens, then another could have a serious health condition sometimes on the first week,so it seems the answer is its very very individual as far as reasponse goes.
