How low of a dose can one take of Geodon? Does anyone know what receptors Geodon effects?
Looking for an add-on to Seroquel and Klonopin.
Thanks!

abilify at low doses is said to be a modulator,it allegadly at very low doses will increase or decrease dopamine due to what the brain needs. It looses this property at standerd anti pysch doses.

I guess I could always go back and try 1mg of Abilify. I tried 2mg and 2.5mg and I had insatiable cravings for sex (odd its a little blue pill?!) So that was one wild week for me. I hate to complain, but it really effected me. Maybe if I really go down to a teeny dose. I thought I heard that Abilify stays in your body for 3 days. So maybe even 1mg every other day?
It did help my depression. I just wasn't crazy about the water retention.
This maybe a possibility.

I take Geodon 80 in the morning, 80 at night. I'd say it's a VERY effective and VERY potent medication.

Not sure..I would look at Abilify or Zyprexa before considering Geodon, I heard bad things about it.
What is your diagnosis? I guess you can't take SSRI's for some reason. I think I read that prozac can help with some schizophrenics.

I am BPII. I guess I am hard to treat due to the fact that I can't just pop some of the first line ADs (SSRIs or SNRIs).
