Pdoc appointment is Friday and I want to be as conversant as possible.
It's difficult to put together the puzzle of one's self when one happens to feel like sh*t!How about trying selegiline (ensam patch?) before I 'ditch' (to use FrustratedMama's term) my current meds? And if so, what dose might be recommended?
pristiq 50
klonopin .5-.1
(dexadrine 5-20 taken on days when I have to be up--I'm kinda' drug-phobic....)I responded well to Dex, except, then I caught the flu, then was afraid of it (d-amp).
I've jettisoned provigil. My mind goes and goes while body remains inert.

Would I have to clear the pristiq out of my system? (Not a cheering prospect.)

If you chose EMSAM I think so. Maybe not at 6mg dose? Not sure. Hope someone responds and you feel better. Love Phillipa

o.k. I've had sometime to read some threads regarding the patch.
Would it help with fatigue?
(I have not tried any med in this class)

Thanks Phillipa! This thread looks promising, and I didn't see it when I googled this site.

So, the washout time for pristiq is ONE week, not two--from the pristiq site. Whew. Now where can I book that one week vacation in hell?

Oh so sorry you are going through this. I did try Ensam and found helpful. I don't remember what it was like in terms of energy. Maybe you found more helpful information on the thread Phillipa suggested. I'm glad the washout is only one week. I seem to remember the patch kicking in pretty quickly. Hope it does the trick- so to speak.
