ILL be trying this for my weight,...
Clenbuterol
"Clenbuterol (often called just Clen) is used by athletes and bodybuilders for its ability as a beta-2 agonist. It therefore stimulates your beta-2 receptors, which in turn help you to lose fat by allowing your body to release and burn more stored fat. Clen has been used for literally decades in the foreign veterinary world, for increasing the lean yield of livestock. It is clearly a very effective agent for this purpose, although its long half life and tendency to stay active in the body for long periods of time mean that vets in the United States arent able to use it. This is also the reason why (although its an asthma medication) its not available to asthmatics in the US of A. Albuterol is Clens shorter acting cousin, and thats the FDAs drug of choice here. "

Hi fm:
I took 450mg Wellbutrin for a lot of years and it didn't make me gain weight. Recently, Elavil by itself was making me eat EVERYTHING in sight, the sweeter the better, almost crazed (doesn't take much!) but when I added the Parnate all that went away. I don't even think about food now which is amazing. I have to remind myself to eat small healthy meals regularly or I'll not eat all day and then at night eat a carton of ice cream...not because I'm hungry, but because I'm enjoying it! So I think Parnate would really be good by itself. I think if I dieted now I could lose weight, but I just don't have the energy to even think about it right now.
Good luck on finding some good meds for you! Sounds like you're doing a little better!

Hi FM,
Don't forget stimulants. I don't know if they are appropriate but provigil, which I take for it's mood elevating effect kills my appetite. Hope I hear more from you soon!

Really, Clenbuterol???
You'll be trying this?
Have you?
Did you like it?I was foolish enough a couple of years ago to try this. I was puking up all over the place - the whole weekend long. Never felt so bad in my life. Sure, it made me loose a couple of pounds this way...
So a word of caution... this med was often used to get leaner meat on cattle. If you want to try it, cut the tablet in about 10 pieces and start with the smallest piece (one per day). Go low - go slow.
But I'm not going to touch it ever again.
Take care,
Maria

As a matter of fact, it made me loose weight.

I am doing a little better off the gabapentin and taking the librium again....still need to add an AD though... thanks to everyone for your advice! I will be keeping in touch after pdoc appointment and will let you all know.... I gained almost about 15 pounds over the last 2-3 months between verapamil and gabapentin so I am definitely not going to allow any more weight to pile on..... I am taking vyvanse but it doesnt seem to kill my appetite like it does some others.... I am not sure what will happen at appointment... Lots of ideas though so thanks to all!
