Hi I am on 300mg of Wellbutrin XR. I have been on it for about a month. I added this to the 100mg of zoloft I have been taking for the past 5 months. I complained of tiredness on zoloft along with a lack of sex drive and increased appetite. My doc said the wellbutrin tends to counteract with the zoloft to stop those negative side effects and give me more energy.
Although I am able to sleep better at night, I have very low energy and concentration during the day. I have to take naps every day and even when I do, I am still tired around 8:00 and want to go right to bed.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does SR work better?

Annelyse,
Wellbutrin didn't help me with fatigue, AD fog or ADD. I could sleep right through it. (I was up to 450.) Maybe others here will have some suggestions for you.
Am now on dexedrine for add and brain fog. It helps, but fatigue is still a factor.

Have you tried Lexapro instead of Zoloft? You'll get most of the usual SEs at first, but I think it's a little easier on the weight gain and sedation.

Try 50mg of Desipramine instead of wellbutrin
