I am currently taking Nardil 90mg and have complete anorgasmia and inability to ejaculate. While I don't have much of a problem maintaining an erection, it's also a little harder than before I started Nardil.
I have heard of many medications used for SSRI sexual dysfunction, but many are contraindicated with MAOIs, such as buspirone, methylphenidate, and dextroamphetamine.
Would anyone here have some suggestions for medications to take for Nardil sexual dysfunction? Any personal experiences would be great also.

have you been on it long for one thing.
5ht2 antagonists, da agonist like pramipexole, might try a pde5 inhibitor too.
i wonder if a alpha1 agonist might not be helpful too, phenylephrine is availible. i'm pretty sure its only a direct agonist, not a releaser/ reuptake inhibitor (and so safe with maoi).

Viagra and Levitra both helped with anorgasmia for me when I was taking SSRIs (I am female). I don't think there are any interactions with Nardil.

I've had experience with all the above options, however, none of the above will work (when in combination with Nardil). Nardil has far too much of a strong-hold when it comes to this dept; Nardil acts like a sledge-hammer IME on your favourite member - period!
Only Viagra and Cialis will work when on Nardil.
Viagra will give you wood (more like steel) for about 8 hours and you can go for-ever because it's so hard to come when on Nardil - which I loved - you can have sex for as long as you like but you certainly can't feel it as much either.
However the longer you are on Nardil the easier it becomes to come (it still takes a bit of effort though).
If your not using V or C your member will look like it's just been tazered because Nardil affects your member till it becomes basically null and void - i.e. it doesn't/won't get off the ground without drug induced assistance.
Cialis allows you to come when you want for up to nearly two days (I find 10mg a day is just right).
So in essence it gives you a boner on demand/when you want where as Viagra gives you solid wood for eight hours with no down time - just solid wood; it depends on your requirements ;0Good Luck out there!

Thanks everyone so far for your feedback.
I guess I might as well try a PDE5 inhibitor first. I can already imagine the weird looks I'll be getting when a person of my young age hands in a Viagra prescription...
Concerning the other suggestions, I have already tried the 5-HT2 antagonist cyproheptadine which I found ineffective. Are there any other drugs in this class that you would suggest? I know that atypical antipsychotics are also 5-HT2 antagonists, but do they have this effect only at high doses?
I think I'll suggest a dopamine agonist like pramipexole or ropinirole to my psychiatrist as well since they look promising.
I am concerned about the phenylephrine suggestion though, as it seems to have the standard MAOI warning. I know that these warnings are not always accurate though, such in the case of purely noradrenergic TCAs such as desipramine. Is there a reference you could post showing that it is safe to take with an MAOI?

risperidone at .25-.5mg would work, i noticed a mild prosexual effect at that dose.
