I been taking Stablon (tianeptine) 12.5 mg about 3 times daily for about a month. This is along with ritalin and low dose of diazepam.
What's good is that it doesn't mess with my sex drive but rarely do I feel motivated enough to really pursue my photography or go out and do things in general. It seem to be too mild in it's mechanism of action.
But... recently... these past few days I been feeling a bit better. Maybe it has to do with the vitamin C 500mg tablets I been taking daily for 3 days. Maybe it had to do with the fact that when I went to some party I took 5 stablons instead of 3 that day. As a result I didn't feel low in the night time as this medication tends to have a short half-life and needs to be taken every 4 hours or so.
So... I am almost out. Have enough for maybe 5 more days. I might order more but ugh I am so conflicted. I should try a bit higher dose and see how it goes? Then order with rush shipping I imagine. My doctor said it's all fine so there is no question regarding that.
I want to know, who else here has been on stablon? it's a selective seratonin re-upake *Enhancer*. Yup you heard me right. And it has pretty much no side effects that I have been able to note.
Have larger doses been required in many cases? I have read how it's more of a mild-moderate anti-depressant?
Plus I have huge social anxiety and it seems to help at least to some degree in that regard.
Please respond soon, I dont have a lot of time.

I've never heard anyone say Stablon was great for motivation. If anything perhaps the opposite.
OTOH it has no adverse side effects and can be mildly prosocial.
As I see it, that's as good as it gets, pretty much.
Withdrawal? Maybe. I tapered without difficulty though.
This is the end of the thread.
