70% sounds pretty good to me so assuming looking for 100%? Have you talked with the doc? Could cymbalta be pooping out? What kinds of symptoms are you experiencing except feeling bad. So sorry. Love Phillipa

Perhaps dopamine and norepinephrine just weren't part of your problem?
Maybe give it a couple of weeks and quit the Wellutrin if you still feel worse? Or ask the doc if you can reduce the dose?

I guess everyone will have their own take on this.
My take on it is:
Taper off the wellbutrin quickly, dropping the dose by 1/4 each day, and get off it fast. Why in the world anyone would continue taking something that clearly made them a lot worse, so worse in fact that they lost all their previous gains, is beyond my comprehension. I think in our suffering we are so desperate that we lose touch with pure simple logic and reality.
The side effect label for wellbutrin or its zyban quit-smokinig equivalent does have depression as a side effect.
Nothing ever made me feel worse so fast than wellbutrin. It has happened to others too. It is, however, a magical miracle to others.
Stop the offender immediately. That's my vote.

I agree with Bleauberry. The first test I would run would be to quit the Wellbutrin and see if you get back to the 70%. You can take it from there and try something else to augment the original regiment. Wellbutrin made me feel like I was tripping. And not in the good sense.

i might wait another week. initial reaction isn't always indicative of long-term effect, and you've already done a week of it

Wellbutrin is good at producing anxiety. I would quit it.

I know this won't help you make a decision but DesolationRower has a good point. You can't tell how a med is going to be in the long run by the first week or weeks or more.
I guess it depends on whether or not you can tolerate the Wellbutrin to give it a chance.
