I'm just wondering what would be a good thyroid med for me. When I dont take meds I get very lethargic and have no appetite. I have negative thoughts and get worried about the future.
I was born with low thyroid and I havnt been responding to meds so I think trying one wouldnt hurt.

Hi Sam,
Have you consulted a Dr about this??
I really wouldn't advice anyone to take thyroid meds unless it's really necessary.
Years ago I also tried to beat the blues by taking thyroid meds ----- it made me hypersensitive, skaky, anxious and didn't disintegrate the dark cloud in my head. If anything, it made me worry about the future even more...
So be well informed!
Love,
Maria

Sam if you were born with a low thyroid didn't your pediatrician put you on a dose of thyroid meds. Missing link here. Don't please mess with your thyroid. Love Phillipa
