Hello,
Long time Xanax user (1.0 XR per day). I am very scared to fly, and because of the long-term use of Xanax, emergency xanax does nothing. I have taken enough to kill a horse and still felt extremely nervous on the verge of panic on the flight.
Does anyone have any recommendations on what I can take now that it looks like my tolerance to Xanax is at its peak?
Thanks!

Drink a lot of alcohol with the Xanax (just for the flight).
One drink in the air is like 3 drinks on the ground.
You'll be passed out much of the time. No anxiety.
Get a blanket and pillow as soon as you board, or better yet, bring your own travel pillow. Be careful not to drool on the person next to you. lol
Oh, and get an exit row seat.
You'll be fine :)

Try phenibut. Take it on an empty stomach *at least* 2 hours before the flight. You can safely combine it with Xanax.
You'll have to experiment with dosages beforehand, preferably at home on a Friday or Saturday night. It will likely require much higher amounts than is recommended on the label. Be aware that tolerance can develop quickly to phenibut.
