I respond to SSRIs but hate the side effects. I'm currently on Agomelatine which has a modest AD benefit, but I'm pretty sure it's pushing my NA a bit high (anxiety, raised BP, excessive sweating). I responded badly to SNRI Reboxetine, so it's safe to say I don't need higher NA, in fact I suspect I would benefit from a med that lowers NA.
What about Hydergine? DA+ 5-HTP+ NA-, or so I believe.

Trotter will you continue on the agomelatine? Love Phillipa. Isn't that the one for both anxiety and depression?

My feeling is that if the Hydergine dose is taken in the afternoon when the NA thing is most apparent insomnia will be the result.
That would be a problem for me at any rate.
This is the end of the thread.
