Another low-brow question here...
I assume taking AD's with a vitamin tablet (same time or within 30min) is ok? No absorption or binding/breakdown issues here...apart from mabye calcium. Question is in regards to Nardil taken with B6 (only B6 & at same time)...I assume that's ok?
Thnx

the only thing to watch is if there is a specific transport that gets saturated...thats the issue with gabapentin. You might want to look into nardil though, amphetamine absorbtion is highly dependent on pH level, i suppose phenelzine which is not too dissimilar could have something like that occur.
ps. unless you don't ever eat dairy you don't need a calcium supplement, and even then unless you not eating enough vegetables a nuts and legumes its more important to get vitamin D3 & k2 and magnesium intakes right. or maybe that was just your multivitamin?

I recall reading somewhere that best absorption of phenelzine occurs under more alkaline conditions....hense the advice to drink it with a big glass of water on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. The vitamin issue was more about B6 (was just asking about multi for reference)...I've added green tea extract with the nardil and needs cofactor B6 so was wondering if B6 would mess with nardil thats all. But ironically EGCG (from green tea) prefers acidic conditions lol
