Hi Luca.

Welcome.

What is your diagnosis and symptoms?

Do you rapid cycle?

For some bad cases of bipolar disorder, it is not uncommon for someone to need 3 mood stabilizers, especially when rapid-cycling is involved.

Lamictal can make some people feel sleepy at first. It should disappear eventually.

You are taking a lot of drugs, but it is not unhealthy. If you begin to feel better, you might be able to discontinue one or two of them. If depression is your main problem, I think you can increase the dosage of the Efexor.

I forgot to mention:

When you take Depakote, you MUST take only HALF the dosage of Lamictal. Depakote increases blood levels of Lamictal by a factor of 2.

You might want to stop at 100mg for awhile to see if it works at that dosage. If it doesn't, I think you might want to go up by only 25mg at a time.
