You are because you take the time out of your busy schedule to talk to me and comfort me. That takes a lot of strength and effort!My parents have raised me in a harshly atheist household. They did it to take away all my hope and belief that life can be a lot better than the misery that they gave me. They are manipulative, sadistic bullies. They were willing to stoop to ANY LOW to increase their suffocating grip on my life and happiness. They even look happy when I am at my lowest, most depressive points. They only had children because they needed scapegoats to blame for their own miserable, failed marriage.

By the way, I got my test results yesterday from my Adrenal Stress INdex. Here it is:
Cortisol = Low
DHEA = high
Testosterone = Low
Dihydrotestosterone = HighMy doctor wanted to give me licorice to treat the condition, but I've taken Licorice before and its awful - it feels like I drank 20 red bulls- heart palpitations, nervousness, etc.
What do yous think?

Hey GMan,I don't have the answers to your questions, but I just wanted to suggest creating a seperate post for advice. Hopefully Bleauberry and some of the others familar with this topic will respond.
If I was in your shoes - I would not take the licorice, but instead, take the test results to an endochronologist for a second opinion.
Maybe the licorice would be helpful in small doses taken on a regular or short-term basis, and I am very confident about herbal or alternative treatments, but with your reaction - I don't see why you should take it.
Hopefully someone will come along with better knowledge, but until then, take good care of yourself!!

I almost agree except I haven't taken the mental energy to figure out what that song signifies...all I know it's along the lines of one of those songs that makes me want to drive over 100 mph then abruptly stop to pull over to have sex on the side of the road..lol..don't know if I want to know the meaning...some things are better left unsaid...sorry, couldn't help but stating my mind at the moment..decompressing here.

The only way a boy can ever become a man is to be beaten up by a gang of older bullies - the idea being that eventually the boy's tolerance gives in and he is FORCED to overcome his weakness and fight back.
