I'm not sure if I'm going to be given Parnate or not. But if I am, I take Ibuprofen several times a week and will need it. I know Parnate cannot be mixed with cold meds that might include Ibuprofen as one of its ingredients, but what about Ibuprofen by itself?
Can straight Ibuprofen and Parnate be taken together?

> -d/rMy god..yes it's safe...I'm a big user of Advils or Generic Ibuprofen...since I always have a headache, everyday of my life, since june 2006... and a migraines once a week...I can take more than 8 x 200mg /day without any problem...it doesn't worse my blood pressure when I Was not on the Parnate, and on the Parnate, it was ok also...I monitored my blood pressure often while I Was on the Parnate and I Was taking high dose of Advil for my migraines and it was ok...but I can't explain why since my Parnate experience, my blood pressure never return to the normal, even after 3 weeks that I stop it...I Was before always around 110/60...now i'm always at 140/80-90...it's seem that the Parnate activate on me something not really good...I hope my blood pressure will return soon at his normal level...
Anyway, take care of you ok ;-)
Have a nice day!
Vincent ;-)
