Is anyone on memantine for a/d augmentation? I've just started 5mg at night as a trial, the goal being a/d augmentation on top of my parnate/abilify/tianeptine combo and to improve ADHD symptoms. I figure NDMA antagonism should improve response, but I'm curious as to what dose I should shoot for, and what other folks have experienced with regards to side effects.
I tried Amantadine, and it didn't work and I believe paradoxically worsened my depression. So far not feeling a worsening at 5mg...in fact not feeling much of anything.
Target dose and length of trial comments?

Based on what two other people said a few months ago, one said it took 30mg, the other 40mg. One of them started off right at 30mg with no titration. It apparently worked really good for them, but it was in conjunction with stimulants. SLS tried it at a high dose, I believe 30mg, maybe 40mg, and if I recall correctly he either had no response or had a worsening.
