Phillipa, Yes I did go right to 20 mgs of the lexapro my body has really been aching today just feel like I have a flu but dealing with it. I'm hoping this won't last for to long but trying to keep myself real busy. I will keep you inform of how I will do. Suebird

Well I woke up w/ a slight panic attack but wasn't to bad I know I will probably will get a few with the change of meds its been three days since I have taken cymbalta and started the lexapro and its going to take a few weeks to balance out in my body so here goes the roller coaster ride of emotiond again. Just keep sending the postive thoughts.

Yes I am hanging in there, Went to my regular doctor and still have a sinus infection so that's what has been giving me the fever and making me feel like crap in the also coming off of the cymbalta hasn't help either. Thank you for caring Suebird

Yes I am this time the put me on a different antibotic call the Zpack so I am hoping this will finally get rid of this sinus infection that has been going on since the end of aug. How r u doing I hope well thanks for caring. love Suebird

Phillipa, as far as the lamictal goes I went up to 100mgs this Monday then next Monday I go up to 200mgs that will b as far as I go. Went to the p-doc today and he was happy with the results of the new meds I just hope I will continue to keep improving it's been a long road for me, Suebird

Phillipa, I started getting panic n 2001 never had one before that then I got severe anxiety which sets off depression because i didn't want to leave my house or my husband side I put on paxil and it worked well for 5 yrs then March of 2007 I had surgery and the paxil stopped working and ever since then i've been having a rough time and now I was told I have anxiety mood disorder and thats why he added lamictal and it has helped me alot and changing to lexapro. Sounds a lot like my story only was solo on benzos for many years so many that an SSRI won't remove them. Took 10mg of paxil with xanax when thyroid became hypo and lopressor 25mg to help with anxiety on paxil. Was sick for three months and then it worked and went off. Now nothing seems to work. Phillipa, sorry to hear that nothing is working for you now. How do you cope with your anxiety? I had such a hard time when nothing was working but feeling pretty good now, I have mt two sister girls up from florida for about a month and having such a fun time I forgot how it felt to feel good. suebird

Actually not that well taking the benzos low does luvox , riding bike and trying hard to do things daily. Great that you had a good time and sister's came up!!!! Love Phillipa babblemail me when you have time.
