low dosage ssris, is it prozac only ?

Posted by sdb on November 3, 2008, at 17:10:30

in some studies prozac is said to be beneficial using very low dosages for patients.

do you know if low dosages do work for other ssris e.g. citalopram too? a personal experience here?

thanks for your response, Phillipa.

I know a psychiatrist who says that she/he uses only drops first because ssris started with a normal dosage can cause bad things like strange ideas, panic attacks...

personally, I have almost never seen happy inpatients on ssris. but that can easily feint because they're all polymorbid or they had an operation.
