combining nardil with low dose of ritaline

hey, I have heard of this combo, I know it's not recommended. but in low dosages. Or what stimulant is better to be used? I haven't heard good things of aderrall, but is threre a difference in adderall xr? I had origainally thoght of provigal, which is a no-stimulant, but it is a good combo with nardil. This is something Iv'e seen used alot, and was very hwlpful.

any advice.
