This might be encouraging for those who can't find time or energy for regulated excercise but study says every housework, a walk can reduce stokes important if you're depressed and night it coming ealier would post whole article but..... Phillipa

Nope. I just get a sign in page for Medscape, so I can choose whether to register (or sign in if I already belong) or not.
Of course you can use this site.
There is nothing wrong with posting URLs to full articles. That's preferable. That's not placing the articles here on Babble; that's directing people where to go to read them. That is a good thing.
There is nothing wrong with posting this URL. Just my 2 cents, though, I'm usually too lazy, too busy, too lacking in patience to sign up for anything new to read one article, so when I get directed to a site like Medscape that makes you sign up to 'get in,' I personally won't do it.
Others may, though :-)Please don't call yourself names, unless you meant nerd in a good way, like I do, meaning someone who in interested in everything and loves to learn new things constantly. By *my* definition, there are many of us here, so we are a club!
