I don't get it it's almost 38 years on various benzos and various doses. I've cut the valium I'm on for years from 20 to 10mg and take.5 of xanax and still same old 50mg of luvox. But less benzos making me so tired but at the same time I get dizzy and feel scared all the time. But no withdrawals don't get it. Could it be the low TSH And Free T4. I'm doing this on my own would I be better on the same old dose I was for years. Pdoc always says it's high anxiety I have? And the thyroid makes it worse. Confused. Very confused. Thanks Love Phillipa

Well guess I will lower my thyroid meds on my own as the endo doesn't listen. Phillipa decision made.

Maybe you just get more worn out having to deal with things that seem more stressful now? are you sleeping ok? Withdrawal can be weird.

Phillipa,
Thyroid issues are not something that one should try to treat on your own. Please consult your doc, and if he's not hearing you, talk to the nurse or a PA or something. It's too serious to risk messing up again.gg

It's not fixed it's low now hyperthyroid and 30lbs of weight loss is a bit too much. Saw the PA, saw another endo who let it rise and didn't notify me so went back to old one. If a half of pill two times a week helped a bit in 8 weeks three times a week should get in the right range. Phillipa

If you don't agree with your doctor's recommendations, you really should find a new one, who can oversee your treatment. Self-treatment is really not a wise strategy. I hate to see you taking any chances with your health.
