Phillipa, Well so far I have only taking the sam-e for a few days and so far no side effects can I say. I must say I have had a little more energy then I had before but I also starting cutting the klonopin back as well I really would like to get off of that stuff so I am feeling a little of that but not real bad dealing with it. Have you ever tried the sam-e before. I just hope what I am doing now will keep helping me feel better. Suebird

Phillipa, so when did you start cutting back on the vallium i hear they use that sometimes when you wean off the klonopin but im cutting it back very slow and will do it every couple of weeks it will probably take me a few months to come off of it. But I really want to see if i can go without it. Keep me posted on how your doing as well. Love Suebird
