maybe I'll understand it, but this combo is a
crf antagonist.

Also, oxycarbamazepine is a crf antagonist.
It also helps with wellbutrin to control choline
and inhibit tmg synthase, thus making more of the
tmg synthase isoenzyme.

 

triletal is a pkc and nitirc oxide synthase block (nm)

St. John's wort inhibits isoenzymes too.

diphenhydramine is a 5ht re-uptake inhibitor. This combined with 5-htp, would increase serotonin levels. It is because of benadryl that we have SSRIs today.
