Just curious. I'm on 30 mg. and have been on it less than a week. No effect so far but I am cautiously optimistic. Also, if anyone has a link to an "official" website that describes the nardil diet, could you post? I've seen stuff around but am looking for the most authoritative possible (but up-to-date too).
I'd love to hear anything you want to tell me about Nardil!

>It takes at least a month, especially the first time around when you're trying to figure out your ideal dose. Generally, its effectiveness increases as you go higher, but so do its side effects.
